Ingerid S. Straume is currently teaching pedagogy and giving writing classes at Hedmark University College, Campus Hamar. She is also a coordinator of an interdisciplinary network group on the work of philosopher and psychoanalyst Cornelius Castoriadis within the Nordic Summer University. She is also a member of the board in the same organisation. Finally, Ingerid Straume is a member in the Norwegian think tank Res Publica.
